Your mission
  • Guide the entire UX process, from research through prototyping and design, to analysis and iteration

  • Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), gather insights and use analytics to identify user needs, desires, and behaviors

  • Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards, presentations, and prototypes to effectively communicate and validate interaction and design ideas

  • Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements

  • Build strong relationships, influence, and partnerships with leaders inside the core product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed

  • Raise the bar for product quality across our products by advocating for user-centered product roadmaps, and insights-driven by user research

Your profile
  • Degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of experience in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complex user flows into simple experiences

  • Measurable impact on improving SaaS, e-commerce or Fintech products

  • Experience managing or leading design teams

  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering counterparts

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, email)

  • Technically fluent, comfortable working closely with engineering

  • Fluent in English.
